Get a good start to the day with our “wide-awake” breakfast buffet with freshly pressed and homemade juices, homemade jams, local Alpine honey, fresh fruit salad, homemade stewed fruits, all kinds of yoghurts, 10 different types of muesli, home baked cakes, daily fresh bread assortment, our own South Tyrolean bacon, Alpine dairy cheese and eggs from local farmers.

At lunchtime you can eat in our à la carte restaurant.
On an afternoon we serve small hot snacks, Tyrolean “Marende” platters (bacon & cheese), ice creams and homemade cakes in the bar.

The crowning glory is our choice of 4- or 5-course menus on an evening, with garden-fresh buffet salads and a variety of other different themed buffets:
  • a tempting dessert buffet
  • a cheese buffet
  • a delicious liqueur buffet with homemade liqueurs
  • feast every Sunday at wonderfully set tables
Our culinary artists concoct hearty Tyrolean, creative Italian, healthily wholesome and selected international dishes with produce from our own garden or the region.
In addition you can enjoy a variety of entertainment at the hotel bar with sophisticated wines, fruity cocktails, imaginative drinks and elegant spirits.
