Sauna: In winter we heat the sauna daily from 3pm until 7 pm. In the summer months you can let off steam every day from 4pm to 7pm. The infrared cabins can be used throughout the day for free.
On request, you are welcome to use the sauna at other times of the day for a fee (for 2 hours – Euro 12.00). In bad weather, you can enjoy the sauna from 2pm.
We accept dogs upon request. We make a charge of €3.00 per day. Please bring your dog’s basket and food with you from home. We hope you will understand that your dog is not allowed in the VitaLamm health & fitness area and the dining room.
So that everyone feels comfortable, we request that you do not smoke in the dining room, in the rooms, sitting room, health, fitness and beauty spa and in the saunas. You may smoke in the bar or on the terrace.
There are also secure spaces for your car. You can leave your car in our car park or, for Euro 3.00 per day, in our garage.
Your hotel bill can be paid either in cash or by credit card (Mastercard, EC or Visa).
There is a computer with internet access at the info point. You can send emails from there or look for information on the world wide web.

Your room is available for you to move into from 3pm on your day of arrival.
Please aim to arrive by 8pm; if you will be arriving after this time, please call to let us know.
On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room by 11am. The next guest will be grateful if you do. If you arrive late or leave early, please understand that we will still charge you for the room (without meals).

Booking - cancelaltions
How to book: Your reservation is considered binding as soon as we
receive a signed confirmation from you – including by fax or email.
Room cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
From 1 month before the start of your holiday a charge of 50% of the full price will be made, 2 weeks before the start of your holiday we charge the full price for the room (excluding meals).
Tip: Travel cancellation insurance protects you from cancellation charges and can be purchased from any travel agency. In this way, you can avoid unpleasant cancellation charges if something unforeseen should happen to prevent you from starting your holiday or cause you to leave early.

On Wednesdays, the family and employees of the Natur-Aktiv Hotel Lamm enjoy a well-deserved break.
After the “wide-awake” breakfast buffet the majority of our employees have a day off. We make a price deduction to account for the lack of evening meal of Euro 15.00 per person (excluding all-inclusive offers). On this day you have the opportunity to discover the varied gastronomic offerings in the local area.

6th April to 24th April 2008 and from 9th November to 20th December 2008.
