The Paul Flora Museum in the Valle di Tures/Tauferer city gate, the romantic arcade lanes and the church of St. Pancras are among the sights.

Merano/Meran is one of eight cities in South Tyrol. The Mediterranean climate, numerous sights such as the Kurhaus, theatre, Merano/Meran thermal springs, countless green spaces and parks and many museums make the city an attractive day trip destination. It also has everything you need for shopping on holiday – quaint shops with craft products and brand name shops form a harmonious and variety-packed whole under the Merano/Meran arcades.
Merano/Meran can be reached in approx. 1 hour by car and in just under 1.5 hours by train from Malles/Mals.
Bolzano/Bozen is the largest city in South Tyrol and at the same time the regional capital, where the German and Italian-speaking region meets. The arcades, numerous museums, like the South Tyrolean Archaeological Museum, which accommodates Ötzi, the Ice Man, the cathedral and much more can be visited here. Bolzano/Bozen is also ideal for shopping on holiday – countless famous Italian designer shops but also smaller more unusual shops can be found in the city centre of Bolzano/Bozen.
Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in approx. 1.5 hours by car and in just under 2 hours by train from Malles/Mals.
