From Hotel Lamm to Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort

For over 80 years, the Steiner family has been cultivating a passion for hospitality. Over the course of three generations, the metamorphosis from the Hotel Lamm to the current Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort took place.

The beginnings

Alois Steiner buys the inn and trasnforms the attic into guest rooms. The cornerstone for the Hotel Lamm is laid ...

1963
Passing on the tradition

Alois entrusts the management of the structure to his son Heinrich, who directs the renovation works. Hotel Lamm becomes the first hotel in Val Venosta to offer an indoor pool with sauna.

1982
The reconstruction from scratch

The main structure is demolished and rebuilt. Over the following decades, various renovation and modernisation projects are completed.

2004
The renovation

Andreas takes over the management, completing an extensive renewal. The 3-star hotel Natur- & Aktivhotel Lamm is born.

2006
The stable

A new horse stable for our guests’ use is built, where exhilarating riding lessons are held.

2007
The fourth star

The Natur- & Aktivhotel Lamm becomes part of the 4-star category, also thanks to the new beauty department with a panoramic view of the Venosta Valley.

2009
"Green" energy

Andreas Steiner decides to install photovoltaic panels on the entire roof of the hotel.

2012
The reconstructing

The extension of the riding school, the lawn, the relaxation area and the playground for younger guests is completed.

The next chapter

The first stone is laid for the Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort. The Steiner family's history is enhanced by a new chapter ...

2018
The new beginning

In July the new Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort opens its gate and impresses with various new highlights - inside and outside - and an upgrade to ****S.
